SCHEDULING: WE ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL REQUESTS DUE TO TRAVEL. TEAMS WISHING TO PARTICIPATE BEYONG THE IMMEDIATE METRO AREA CAN SELECT DATES TO PARTICIPATE AND PLAY (3) GAMES PER WEEKEND. THIS HEPLS ON MINIMIZING THE AMOUNT OF TRAVEL. FOR EXAMPLE: INSTEAD OF A TEAM TRAVELING (5) WEEKENDS AND PLAYING (2) GAMES, THEY MAY PLAY (3) GAMES PER WEEKEND FOR (3) WEEKENDS OF PLAY. WE GENERATE SCHEDULES BY HAND TO ACCOMODATE ALL TEAMS WITH PERSONAL ASPECTS OF TRAVEL.
FORMAT: WE WILL SCHEDULE ALL SPECIAL REQUESTS. TEAMS WILL PLAY (2) OR MORE GAMES PER WEEKEND OVER (5) WEEKS. GAMES WILL BE PLAYED BACK TO BACK OR WITH A ONE GAME BREAK BETWEEN FOR CONVENIENCE AND LIMITED TIME COMMITMENT FOR TEAMS.

Age/Grade Verification
All players must be able to verify their age and/or grade level. Each coach must provide a copy of either a players birth certificate and/or identification that verifies current grade level for a player. If a player is questioned and coach is unable to verify, the player is ruled ineligible for play. If a team uses an illegal player, they are automatically disqualified from the tournament.
