Power To Play Sports provides team insurance for your organization's requirements for facility rental, and coverage for coaches and players.   We do not require you to have this to participate,however, if the facilities you are using require you to possess for practices, you can purchase here and use for that purpose.

Only $15.00 per year per participant with unlimited number per team or organization
(coaches, players or parents)
*Example:  8 players and 2 coaches only $120.00 per year! 

Steps:
1.  Purchase insurance below
2.  Submit your roster team names, and coaches names that will be covered under the insurance (must purchase per member).
3.  Provide name and email/phone number contact of facility director.
4.  Power To Play Sports will provide certificate to your facility director/contact. 
5.  Insurance covers calendar year that begins October 1 and expires September 30 of each season.
